Our modern, beachy condo is located in a luxury high rise resort, the Palisade Palms, with direct beach access via private boardwalk and a stunning view of Galveston island from seventeen floors up. Inside, large windows throughout provide serene views of the sea; outside, the furnished private patio is an ideal space to watch the sunset with a cocktail.
Six people can sleep comfortably in this 2.5 bed, 2.5 bath unit (two private bedrooms with one King size bed and on Queen size bed and one 1/2 bedroom that serves as a bedroom or office with a double size futon and writing desk with privacy curtain) with cute, beachy furnishings, premium mattresses, and a fully stocked kitchen with premium Bosch appliances, as well as a blender for making frozen margaritas! To make your beach experience comfortable for both children and adults, we provide beach toys, blankets, towels, chairs, a beach umbrella, an ice chest, and skim boards. For a calming day or night in, we provide plenty of games and puzzles and TV/Streaming entertainment. We maintain an extraordinarily high level of comfort and cleanliness and are personally committed to ensuring that your stay with us is a true island vacation.

Summary: We had such a great trip. The facilities are immaculate. Well kept upscale resort feeling. The condo itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Also have never stayed somewhere where it was so well stocked with so much extra equipment for the beach games, food, spices, toiletries, beach towels & kitchen supplies. Will definitely be back!

Summary: This Palisades Palm condo was a wonderful “home” to my family while on Vacation in Galveston! My family of four, including two teenagers, had a wonderful trip. The owners were responsive to questions before and during the trip. We appreciated the gift basket and ended up using the pasta/sauce/wine as a last-minute dinner. The condo layout is well-designed and spacious, with empty dressers, a large walk-in closet in the master, and hooks to hang items. The condo and amenities are clean, bright, and beautiful. Having “lived-in” items in the condo for meals, laundry, and miscellaneous needs was fantastic! The concierge was very helpful before and during the trip. The view is peaceful and beautiful and perfect for morning coffee, watching ships depart, and amazing sunsets. The condo is on the quiet side of the island but minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The building is safe, and the parking garage is well-lit. The owner asked if there were any suggestions for future stays, and frankly, I couldn’t think of one thing. This condo was truly like staying at a friend’s well-cared-for home. It was warm, inviting, and so well equipped. I cannot recommend it more. The Galveston/area has many great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The history was fascinating, and the architecture of the town was gorgeous. We had an amazing trip with lots of memories. I would highly recommend both the condo and the area for your next vacation!

Summary: First the owners lived here for several years before they listed it for rental. It is really nice. It is well furnished, the kitchen has everything including condiments, zip lock bags, all the seasonings--the pantry was full of the items you just can't take with you. This is like staying in someone's home with everything supplied. The owners have anticipated everything to make it a stress-free stay. Thanks!

Summary: My husband and I came with our 10 year old granddaughter and we had a wonderful experience here! This property was inviting, immaculate, and filled with all the items you need to prepare any type of food. The beds were extremely comfortable, as were all the living room and patio furniture. The ocean views off the balcony were spectacular and we often got a close up view of flocks of pelicans. There were games, puzzles, beach towels, a boogie board, a kite, a cart for the beach, plus beach chairs! The pool was very well maintained. We had so much fun and there was not one thing we needed that wasn’t provided during our stay. Our hosts went above and beyond! We shall definitely return to this beautiful condo!

Summary: This is a fabulous condo. It’s very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows are great. Kitchen is very well equipped. Nice to have access to beach towels, toys and puzzles. The welcome basket is a nice touch. You don’t have to worry about stopping for dinner or groceries before you arrive. The complex is very nice and very safe. Short walk to the beach. Only issue with the beach is no shells-no worries just hop the ferry to Bolivar I will definitely book this condo again
